ZUCCHINIS
Zucchinis are a breeze to prepare. They need their stem
and end trimmed, then just have to be sliced, grated,
chopped or halved lengthways, depending on the use. They
are quickly cooked and the methods they are best suited
to are steaming, stir-frying, baking, sauteing, braising
and barbecuing.
To Chargrill or barbecue zucchini, slice the lengthways
into strips about 5mm thick, brush all over with olive
oil the cook for about 1 minute on each side on a medium
hot chargrill plate or barbecue. |
