Delivery & handling

Delivery charges:
For deliveries local to Fremantle area there is a delivery charge of $6.95 (inc GST).
For deliveries to further away in the Perth Metro Area by our vehicles, the delivery and handling charge is $9.95 (inc GST).
For deliveries to outer Perth Metro Area by our independent courier, the delivery and handling charge is $13.95 (inc GST).
The Organic Collective deliverers orders on set days depending on your suburb between Monday to Friday between 10am to 7pm.
We will inform you of your delivery day and estimated times by telephone.

General Delivery information:

Your deliver day will be a weekday depending on the suburb (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Conditions
To purchase from The Organic Collective, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where The Organic Collective provides delivery services. You can call us on 93315590 with any questions.
Orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the delivery area will not be processed.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your suburb.
You will be notified of your delivery day by phone when you make your first order with an estimated delivery time. Your delivery day and time is subject to change. We will inform you of changes.
We do not deliver on Public Holidays and an alternative delivery day will be provided.
You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order, including obtaining any prior security,
or other approvals which may apply to your delivery location.
In the event of delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay.

Unattended deliveries
The Organic Collective cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area as specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored correctly as soon as possible.

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, but necessary. If no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer.

Failed delivery:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance:
We endeavor to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Shop Collections
For orders to be collected at The Organic Collective retail shop at 1 Greenslade st, Hamilton Hill, Western Australia We will contact you via phone or text to arrange the pickup day and time.
Shop pick up orders are packed $4.95 packing and administration fee.

Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution. Ph: 93315590 email info@organiccollective.com.au
