Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Organic Collective aims for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product or our service call us to discuss an exchange or credit for the value of the item. If there is a issue with any of our products please notify us within 24 hours from time of delivery as we may not refund after this time has passed. We select the freshest and highest quality certified organic produce and products our growers and suppliers can provide.

The Organic Collective accepts that in the event of goods arriving damaged, through the handling or storage by The Organic Collective we will replace the goods free of charge or a credit or refund will be issued. The total cost of the affected product(s), or replace the product(s) with the same or similar if preferred.
Damaged good during our transportation we will arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price within 5 business days in accordance with this refund policy however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier.

Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed either by;
Refunding to credit card used for purchase
EFT to nominated Bank Accounts.
Note that we are unable to refund to credit cards if purchases were made by alternative methods.

The Organic Collective maximum liability to you for products purchased from us shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or a store credit to the same value.
We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits or other consequential,
indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence),
strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

With the nature of organic fresh produce and products they are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is,
or will be available for delivery at the time of accepting an order.
If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer a reasonable substitute.
If we are unable to offer a reasonable substitute of a product already purchased by you, a credit to your account will be applied, or you will be refunded.

RETURNS:
WHAT can be returned?
To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone.
Once an order has been submitted, the purchaser can request a refund, and The Organic Collective will decide if an order can be refunded.
If we have ordered, received, packaged or paid for the items that were requested by the buyer, we may decide not to allow refunds.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns of fresh produce are not possible unless the produce is returned same day to our warehouse or retail shop in original condition with an explanation for the return.

Should your fresh produce not arrive in expected condition, please provide photos taken on the day of delivery – to info@organiccollective.com.au
demonstrating your concerns and we will provide a refund/credit or replacement for the item(s) where there is any issue with the quality, quantity or handling by The Organic Collective.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any shelf-stable products may be returned in original condition within 3 business days of delivery, if they are not required for any reason and a full refund of the items returned will be provided.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All items for return are to be transported at the customers cost to: The Organic Collective, 1 Greenslade st, Hamilton Hill, Western Australia, unless otherwise agreed.
The office at The Organic Collective is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) & 9 am to 1:30 pm Saturdays.
